I was watching an interview of Anjali Menon. A well-known and highly respected director and writer from Kerala. One thing that really struck me was the efforts she made to make a positive environment for her crew.
To her, it’s not just the outcome but the journey that matters. She wants to create a memorable journey for everyone involved in her film-making which is visible from her movies. Her new movie “Koode” is running successfully in cinemas. There are subtitles as well so don’t miss it. π
For many this movie may come as a weird but yet beautiful concept and reminds us of many aspects to be thankful for in our lives.

I love watching movies which has a story in it (I’m sorry, some movies don’t come with a story nowadays)! I’ve watched quite a few Malayalam movies and I’m inspired (even though I can’t understand them without the subtitles). I’m inspired by the way they construct the whole thing. I’ve been learning the language because of it! A friend of mine is helping me to achieve the goal. I’m sure that one day I’ll be able to watch them (the movies) without subtitles and talk to them (the people) too!
Oh, I’m sorry to talk about my personal life here! I was actually supposed to talk about your post and appreciate you!
Great post there!

I’ve watched Charlie, Premam, Bangalore Days, Ustad Hotel and two or more movies – which I don’t even know their names now! My favourite movie is Charlie! Why is the movie so simple? Oh god! I loved all these movies. I think I’ve stopped there. I haven’t watched newer movies lately. You should tell me about them!
